1.Development

Is this commercially viable?

During the pre-production phase, we answer the question of whether your idea can be built at a quality and price point that makes it commercially viable?

Our product development team can help you create or validate your CAD drawings into a prototype and then assess the manufacturability and forecast costing at small, medium, and large production runs.

2.Production

How do we control risks?

There is no perfect production, and thus there is no such thing as being overprepared. In our experience, there are two main areas clients need to prepare for in a risk/opportunity scenario: Having the right agreements in place and the right people in place, ready to do due diligence, and QA/QC inspections on the fly. We help you prep supply chain agreements so, whether you sell 10 or suddenly 10,000,000 units, your interests are protected. And well in advance if you ever need them, we connect you with subject-matter experts in capital raising, logistics, and specialist areas of product design.

There’s nothing worse than needing someone at a moment’s notice with no phone number to call halfway around the world.

3.Scaling

Maybe we helped you launch your first product, or maybe you've been successfully manufacturing onshore for some time now and know what you're doing. But now it's time to scale.

Our approach to Scale-stage clients is highly bespoke because often we’re integrating into an already high-performing team and augmenting their capabilities. You’ll be working directly with Nick or Giles in order to define what is required. It could be something as simple as developing a full-time liaison team or may be as complex as working one-on-one with Nick to craft a successful VC pitch.
